Low vision accessibility simulator

The ELMS:LN team is dedicated to issues of accessibility. As I've advocated before though, we have to think of the world beyond "Just it's accessible". We need to strive to create empathy. This quick video shows work towards implementation of simulators that help with meeting requirements of the W3C's specification for visual impairments.
